At K9 Outdoors, we care most about making you happy. We stand behind everything we sell — food, clothes, toys, beds, and more. That's why we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders.
Return Window
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to return any eligible item. This applies to all product categories, including:
- Dog toys
- Dog clothes and apparel
- Dog beds and furniture
- Training tools
- Dog treats and food (see conditions below)
- Dog bowls and plates
- Harnesses and leashes
Condition of Items
Most items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received — unused and unaltered.
Pet food and treats may be returned even if opened, as long as the bag is at least half full and in its original packaging. We know it can take time to find out if your pup likes a new food!
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened food or treats that are less than half full
- Items that have been chewed, worn, or altered
- Promotional gifts included with your order
Return Shipping
We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns.
How to Return an Item
- Email info@k9outdoors.com with the subject line: Return + Your Order Number. Please describe the reason for your return.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm and arrange pickup.
- We'll send you a prepaid shipping label. Please pack the item carefully in its original condition.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll initiate your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Exchange Policy
You have 60 calendar days from the date you received your order to request an exchange.
- Email info@k9outdoors.com with the subject line: Exchange + Your Order Number. Please note the reason and the item you'd like instead.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm the exchange details.
- We'll send you a shipping label to return the original item.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll ship the replacement at no additional shipping charge.
Please note: the customer is responsible for any price difference on the exchanged item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@k9outdoors.com. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging along with your order number.
For damaged or defective items, K9 Outdoors covers all return shipping costs and will send a replacement at no additional charge.
