Details on the return policy

We accept returns within the specified timeframe.
You have 30 days from the time you get your order to return any item that is qualified.

How are the items?
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same state they were sent in. This requirement applies to all categories, including

  • Toys for dogs
  • Dog Clothes
  • Dog beds and chairs
  • Tools for training dogs
  • Treats and food for dogs
  • Dog Bowls and Plates
  • Harnesses and leashes for dogs

Items That Can't Be Returned
You can't return the following things because they are dirty or dangerous:

  • Food and treats that have been opened or used
  • Anything that has been chewed, worn, or changed
  • promotional gifts that come with your order

Costs of shipping back
If the product arrives damaged or defective, K9 Outdoors will cover the cost of return shipping; other than that, the customers are responsible for covering their shipping costs when returning items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Please send an email to info@k9outdoors.com titled with Return + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason for your return.
  2. Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours. We will verify your pickup location and pickup time with you.
  3. Once we receive your confirmation, we will send you a shipping label. Please carefully package our product in its original condition.
  4. Once you return the package to our warehouse located in the United States, we will inspect the condition of the product and restock the item. 
  5. After completing all the aforementioned steps, we will initiate the refund process.
  6. You will receive your refund on the card that you used for the purchase within 10 business days.

Exchange Policy

The customer is responsible for covering the exchange cost when replacing our product. 

  1. You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item starting from the date you received it.
  2. Please send an email to info@k9outdoors.com titled with Exchange + Your Order Number. Please specify the reason for your exchange.
  3. Our customer service team will reply to you in 24 hours. We will verify your return pickup location, pickup time, and the exchange item you want with you. 
  4. Once we receive your confirmation, we will send you a shipping label. Please carefully package the product in its original condition and affix the label to the package.
  5. Once you return the package to our warehouse located in the United States, we will inspect the condition of the product and restock the item. 
  6. After you have completed all the aforementioned steps, we will dispatch the replacement package.

Damage Product Policy

Please promptly contact us and, if possible, refuse delivery if your parcel arrives damaged. If you notice damage after delivery, please email us at info@k9outdoors.com within 24 hours, providing photos of the damaged item and its packaging for assistance.

Please provide photos of the damaged product and its packaging, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the product arrives damaged or defective, K9 Outdoors will cover the cost of return shipping. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.
