To protect the hardware, we recommend handwashing with soap and water. If you must machine wash, place the items in a garment bag. Then use the delicate wash cycle and tumble dry low.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as sent.

What about exchanges?
You can exchange items within 30 days. Contact us via email with “Exchange + Order Number” and the reason for the exchange, and we’ll send you a shipping label and process the exchange.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@k9outdoors.com within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
