The KLIMB Sure Feet, formerly known as Non-Skid Feet or Safety Plugs, are a great addition to your KLIMB to maximize stability and usability. Whether you’re training indoors, outdoors, or on slick surfaces, these accessories ensure your KLIMB stays secure. Their innovative design offers two distinct uses:
  1. Grip on Hard or Slippery Surfaces:
    • Install the Sure Feet on the bottom of the KLIMB when the legs are not in use.
    • Provides enhanced grip, ensuring stability on hard or slick surfaces.
    • Results in a 4-inch platform height, perfect for lower-level training or rehabilitation.
  2. Plugging Holes for Safety:
    • Use the Sure Feet on the top of the KLIMB to plug the leg holes when the legs are removed.
    • Prevents treats or small paws from slipping through, ensuring safe and smooth use for dogs of all sizes.
    • For ultimate safety, Sure Feet can be installed on both the top and bottom when the legs are not in use.

What about exchanges?

You can exchange items within 30 days. Contact us via email with “Exchange + Order Number” and the reason for the exchange, and we’ll send you a shipping label and process the exchange.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@k9outdoors.com within 24 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
