                      What is the delivery time for my order?
                    
                  Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery time depends on your chosen shipping method and location.
                    
                    
                      How much does shipping cost?
                    
                  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected carrier (USPS Ground, Priority, or Express).
                    
                    
                      Can I track my order?
                    
                  Yes! Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your order.
                    
                    
                      Do you offer international shipping?
                    
                  Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

                  We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as sent.
                    
                    
                      How do I return an item?
                    
                  Please email us at info@k9outdoors.com with the subject line “Return + Order Number” and include the reason for your return. We’ll send you a shipping label and instructions.
                    
                    
                      What about exchanges?
                    
                  You can exchange items within 30 days. Contact us via email with “Exchange + Order Number” and the reason for the exchange, and we’ll send you a shipping label and process the exchange.
                    
                    
                      What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
